This Y83/T-200B Hydraulic Metal Balers push the bale out of the machine from one side. It is mostly used in metal smelting plants with medium scaled production, metal processing and recycling stations and other applications. This product is mainly exported to Australia and other countries. It is powered by diesel engine, with an option for electric motor drive.
Users can choose to operate this Hydraulic Metal Balers manually or under PLC control. The feeding hopper is optional to meet specific user needs. With larger compacting box and higher power motor than the Y83-160 type, this model offers higher output and can pack materials up to 4.5mm thick.

Waste material is loaded into the compacting box manually or mechanically. The Lid cylinder seals the box, then the side and main cylinders squeeze the materials into a bale. The locking door opens, and the main cylinder pushes the bale out, completing the process.
